It is okay to just have a day when you are not okay. It is the most frustrating thing when you have to justify the way you are feeling. You do not need to justify being grumpy, tired, unhappy or quiet to anyone.

You do not even have to justify it to yourself. You are just not feeling your most confident or happy or bubbly. You are mellow. And that is OKAY.
