Angela Prendergast is a high school English teacher and lover of all things genuine and kind. She studied English Education at Millersville University and is currently in graduate school working towards her Writing Studies M.A. at Saint Joseph’s University.
Angela is a self-published author. Her most notable work is the poetry collection entitled, “Overthought Thoughts of a 21-Year-Old.” Angela is also published in The Avenue, St. Joseph’s Literary Magazine. She now writes self-help columns for teens and young adults struggling with self-esteem and mental health. After suffering from cystic acne and resorting to the powerful drug Isotretinoin (commonly referred to as Accutane) as a last resort, she hopes to help others dealing with similar issues. As a makeup and self-care enthusiast, her goal is to share powerful makeup tips to help boost natural beauty and enhance positive features, not cover them up.
